After a lengthy hiatus of a couple of months working on other documentary projects, travelling overseas and completing academic papers we are back at work on "A Kiwi Century On the Mat".
Thank you for all the great feedback we have been recieving so far.
We are really looking forward to cracking into the remainder of this project during the rest of 2009 and start of 2010.
It is going to be a good one!

Great work guys!
It's good to see a slice of New Zealands history being brought to light. Back in the day Pro wrestling was huge, the wrestlers back then were celebrities like the stars of todays WWE etc.
Not only did New Zealand play host to some of the greatest wrestlers the world has seen we had our own world class wrestlers and they were right up there with the best of them.
Of course this is all very dare to me. I am the newphew of the great "Long" John Da Silva, he is my Grandmothers baby brother.
I was much too young to see On The Mat or to watch Uncle John fight. So thank you for making this doco and good luck for 2010. I look forward to seeing the final cut.
